• Wheels are removed from car

  • Wheels repaired and welded if required (with customer approval and if safe to do so)
  • Wheels stripped to bare metal
  • Prepared in order to remove scuffs, scrapes corrosion and pitting
  • Keyed for paint readiness
  • De-gassed to remove potential oxidants that could affect finish
  • Powder coat primer
  • Basecoat colour

At this point our lathe technician will diamond cut your wheels if its part of the factory finish or if you have requested this finish on your wheels.

  • Tyres are refitted
  • Wheels are balanced
  • Wheels are hand polished
  • Wheels are refitted to car
  • Tyres are given a special non-shine dressing
  • Second technician performs another quality control check and final safety check
